How we stitch a quarter-zip

Left chest, sized to the zipper line, so the logo sits straight when the collar is open.

Smooth performance fabric can pucker under dense logos. We digitize for the knit and use the right stabilizer.

A test stitch on the actual quarter-zip before the run.

Optional: a small sleeve or back-neck logo.
