Workwear that holds up and still looks like your brand
- 01
Garments chosen for the job
Performance shirts for crews in the sun, durable button-downs, warm layers for cold mornings. We match each piece to the role, the climate and the budget, not to the cheapest blank on the list.
- 02
Embroidery set up for the fabric
Heavy canvas, lightweight performance fabric and stretch each need their own stitch density and backing. We digitize your logo for the garment and test-stitch it before the run.
- 03
Fit for the whole crew
Men’s and women’s cuts, Tall and Big & Tall in select styles, mixed sizes under one logo. We check sizes with you before anything is ordered.
- 04
The same result on every reorder
Your approved file and garment list stay on hand, so a new hire gets the same shirt and the same logo as the crew that started with you.

Workwear project pricing
$15–25
Per piece · one placement
Embroidery on workwear runs $15–25 per piece for one placement, depending on quantity, stitch count and the garment, on your items or on apparel we source. Logo digitizing is a one-time charge, included on larger orders. For sourced crew orders we quote one complete finished price per piece.
Larger order? We stitch an approval sample on the actual garment first, so you see the fabric, fit and logo before the full run.

Workwear & uniforms FAQ
Common questions about apparel sourcing, samples, production, and business orders.
What types of workwear can you source?
We can source polos, work shirts, button-downs, jackets, hoodies, hats, aprons and other business apparel in performance, workwear and premium options. For teams that work outdoors in the Texas heat, that can mean Poncho Outdoors performance shirts. We’ll recommend garments based on the job, fit, fabric, durability and budget.
Can you provide the garments and embroidery?
Yes. Tell us who will wear the apparel, how it will be used, and your budget. We can source the garments, prepare the logo, embroider the order in-house, and provide a complete finished per-piece quote. Washing and storage tips are in our embroidery care guide.
Is there a minimum order for workwear?
There’s no minimum. A single shirt is welcome, usually as an approval sample before the full run. Company teams and recurring uniform programs are what we are set up for, and orders of 48+ pieces are quoted with custom volume pricing.
How long do workwear orders take?
Standard production is typically 5–7 business days after garment availability, artwork approval, and order details are confirmed. Timing depends on quantity and project complexity; we’ll confirm the schedule before production.
Can you build a complete uniform package?
Yes. An order can combine items such as polos, work shirts, outerwear, hats, and aprons. We’ll help structure the apparel mix and provide one complete project quote.
Can we mix sizes and garment styles in one order?
Usually, yes. Business orders can include multiple sizes and compatible garment styles. Send us your quantity and requirements, and we’ll confirm the best way to structure the order.
Do you offer premium and performance brands?
Yes. We have access to Peter Millar, johnnie-O, Southern Tide, Filson, Poncho Outdoors, KÜHL, BYLT, Richardson, AS Colour and 50+ established apparel brands through our supplier network. Availability depends on style, color, size and timeline.
Is rush turnaround available for workwear orders?
It may be. Rush availability depends on current production capacity, garment availability, artwork readiness, quantity, and order complexity. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order so we can confirm availability.
