How we protect an expensive garment
A premium polo is thinner and stretchier than a work shirt. We set up every job for the fabric it goes on, and test-stitch your logo on the closest fabric we have before your garment goes on the machine.

We keep stitch density in check, so the logo sits flat and the fabric doesn’t pull.
The right backing
Each fabric gets the stabilizer it needs to stay flat while we stitch.
Topping when it helps
A water-soluble film keeps small stitches from sinking in. It rinses away.
Checked by hand
Every piece is checked before it leaves the studio: loose threads trimmed, no hoop marks, the placement measured.

We provide a complete quote before production begins. Embroidery runs $15–25 per item for one placement, depending on quantity, stitch count and garment. Logo digitizing is a one-time charge, included on larger orders; text and names need no digitizing.

Do you have a minimum order?
There’s no minimum. Single pieces are welcome, and most of them are approval samples before a business run. Companies, teams and recurring programs are the work we are set up for.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Embroidery runs $15–25 per item for one placement, depending on quantity, stitch count and garment. Logo digitizing is a one-time charge, included on larger orders; reorders with your approved file carry no extra charges. For sourced business apparel we quote one complete finished per-piece price. Current rates are on our pricing page.
Can I provide my own garments?
Customer-supplied garments are accepted subject to review. Specialty, premium, difficult-to-replace, or unsuitable items may require custom pricing, a spare, or Neatko-sourced alternatives. For business programs, sourced garments usually make future sizing and reorders more consistent.
What is logo digitizing?
For a new logo we digitize the artwork into a stitch file, test-stitch it and send you a digital proof. It is a one-time charge per logo version, included on larger orders, and reorders using the same approved file do not pay it again. Text and names in our standard fonts need no digitizing.
How long does production take?
Standard production is approximately 5–7 business days after the artwork, garments and order details are approved. Larger and rush orders are scheduled individually.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Approval samples are available for business orders. Whenever possible, we source the same garment planned for production so you can evaluate the fabric, fit, logo placement, and embroidery before approving the larger run. Sample pricing depends on the garment and setup requirements.
