Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days for orders under 100 pieces. Need it sooner? We offer 24–48 hour rush embroidery for tight deadlines.
You can, or we’ll source premium blanks for you — Bella+Canvas, Patagonia, KÜHL, Peter Millar, Poncho Outdoors, Adidas, and more. We’re authorized resellers for select brands.

Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch-ready file the machine reads. It’s a one-time $30–$60 cost per design; after that, reorders use the same file at no extra digitizing charge.
Flat embroidery sits level with the fabric; 3D puff uses foam under the thread for a raised, dimensional logo — popular on hats. Puff runs about $30 per hat.
